What to expect on your New Westminster Heritage Homes Tour
Here’s a quick guide on what to bring and the ‘six simple rules’ of home touring etiquette – so you’ll enjoy your best ever self-guided house tour.
Your Heritage Homes Tour ticket entitles you to one refreshing light tea service consisting of a small sandwich, crispy vegetables, a delicious pastry square, tea or coffee and juice or water at the Justice Institute of BC — 715 McBride Boulevard (at the corner of 8th Avenue East). The ‘tea room’ and washroom facilities are open from 10:30 am – 4:00 pm. There is plenty of free parking at JIBC.

Please note: This year, if you purchase your ticket online (beginning May 7) your tea time will be assigned.
If you wish to purchase lunch at an establishment that’s close to the tour route, there are a number of New Westminster restaurants to suit every taste.
Your Heritage Homes Tour packages include a detailed map highlighting the exact location of each tour house so you can plan your route. Tour on foot, on your bicycle or in your vehicle.
